How it works
One crown per territory.
- 01
Every territory has one leaderboard
A territory is a US state or a UAE or UK city. Each one has its own public ranking, its own starting bid and its own currency — the official currency of its country.
- 02
The highest cumulative bid reigns
Brokers add money to their position in a territory. Whoever has the highest cumulative amount holds the #1 sponsored position and is shown as the Reigning Broker.
- 03
Your money never resets
This is the part most people get wrong. If you have AED 42,000 and the leader has AED 50,000, you do not pay AED 50,100. You pay the difference plus the minimum increment — AED 8,100 — and your total becomes AED 50,100.
- 04
Losing the lead costs you nothing extra
When someone overtakes you, everything you have already contributed stays on the board. Reclaiming is always cheaper than starting over.
- 05
Rankings are live
Two brokers can bid at the same moment. Your payment always increases your cumulative bid, but another broker may increase theirs while yours is processing. The board is settled by the database, never by what a page was showing.

Rankings are determined solely by cumulative paid bids within this territory. They do not reflect reviews, sales performance, transaction volume, customer satisfaction, professional certification, or any independent assessment.
Your payment permanently increases your cumulative sponsored bid in this territory.
Payment does not purchase real estate, ownership rights, exclusivity over the geographic area, or an independent professional endorsement.
