The operating rules of the marketplace — how rankings are determined, what a payment buys, and when a bid may be reversed — are set out in full on the ranking rules page and form part of these terms.
Still required before launch
A lawyer needs to supply: the contracting entity and governing law; consumer rights and cooling-off provisions for each market; VAT treatment of sponsored placement fees; advertising-disclosure compliance for the launch jurisdiction; real estate advertising regulations where applicable; account termination and dispute resolution; and limitation of liability.
